Minnehaha County Planning Commission Minutes

To get an item on the agenda please contact the Planning Office. The deadlines are usually 3 weeks plus the Friday before to schedule for the Planning Commission. For some conditional use requests, the application must be submitted 30 days prior to the Planning Commission meeting. Please check with the Planning Department for further information.The phone number is (605) 367-4204. Rezoning requests for Planned Development Districts must be submitted 30 days prior to the Planning Commission meeting.

Planning Commission meetings are at 7:00 pm in the 2nd floor Meeting Room of the County Administration Building.
