Violent Crimes

 

Our office prosecutes persons for serious crimes against persons - including murder, robbery, rape, assault, child abuse, domestic abuse and vehicular homicide.

 

Each prosecutor is responsible for all stages of prosecution from deciding whether to charge individuals with crimes through case dispositions, including trials.
