Fees

The initial set up for an account is $25 using our online service. An additional $25 will be added for handling if the Minnehaha County staff sets up the account in our offices. The setup fee goes for setup only. To search for properties you will need to add funds to your account. You can do this once you have logged into the system under "Manage Account".

Each record accessed will subtract $2 from the account. Money can be added to the your account using our online service. Money can also be added to the account by sending or bringing in a check to the Minnehaha County Information Technology office. There will be a fee of $10 added to the amount of the check for handling fees. At this time we only accept funds from checking accounts.
